Tandent

August 2011

Tandent releases Trillien for Graphics (Beta), which works with Abobe PhotoShop and Gimp software.

The Trillien for Graphics is an automatic link between the Trillien application and Adobe Photoshop CS5. The plugin enables a user to move seamlessly between the two applications, providing the material and illumination as separate layers in a Photoshop document. Trillien for Photoshop gives users the full power of Trillien and the full range of manipulation tools available in Adobe Photoshop.

Tandent

August 2011

Tandent releases Trillien for Nuke (Beta), specifically designed as a plugin for The Foundry, Nuke software.

The Trillien for Nuke is a fully integrated node that gives you access to both the Trillien process and the full range of manipulation and processing tools provided by Nuke. The Trillien for Nuke provides the same functionality as the standalone application, and provides outputs for both the material and illumination images. Users are then able to connect Nuke tools to manipulate the material and illumination separately. Trillien for Nuke makes texture mapping, illumination modification, and material color touch-up easier and more physically correct than modifying a standard image.
